Very positive experience. I didn't rate Dr. Chivate a 10 because I don't feel qualified to make that assessment in a field I'm not associated with professionally. Would I like to have Dr. Chivate as my nephrologist? Definitely. I thought he was knowledgeable and treated me with respect.

I am comforted by the fact that for any and all care that I receive at Cooper by many of my Cooper doctors that the moment I walk into one of your facilities that I am: appreciated; cared for as if I was a family member; put at ease by everyone from the receptionist, to the nursing staff and the doctors themselves. Cooper has done right by me these last 4 years or so since I began using them and I am fortunate that I have found them.

Dr. Chivate always provides excellent, compassionate care. I most appreciate the time he takes to ensure I understand my illnesses, medication or testing. This recent visit was a major change in the condition of my health so I especially appreciate that Dr. Chivate calmed my fears about my recent test results and condition of my kidneys. He recommended additional testing to clarify the uncertainty of previous tests or findings and that gave me comfort. Thank you so much for your excellent, compassionate and overall personal approach to healthcare! It means a lot and empowers me as a patient to be more proactive with my health.

I love this new location, all very clean, organized, they attend us well and have ample parking. By the way I have already recommended several people.
