My appointment was scheduled at 09:40, I arrived at 09:20, the Nurse took me to the exam room at 09:25 and did what she supposed to do. The Doctor had spent a lot of time with me. "Waiting for a long time in the exam room means that the Doctor is taking good care of his patients!"

Overall this was a good experience. I called with a problem on Friday, someone return the call with a message from the doctor to discontinue a medication and come into the office the next business day which was Monday [Date]

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Chinn. He was well prepared with my medical history, and I was very pleased with his demeanor and attention to me. I was concerned after being Dr. Floyd's patient for so many years, but I think Dr. Chinn will be a fine replacement for my medical care! I can't answer last page of survey after only one visit.

This was an introduction visit. ( Meet and Greet) I explained my conditions and what I wanted . The doctor and I agrees on follow up visit after blood work is done so They could make an evaluation and I could make corrective actions. Good visit overall
