I was the first patient of the day and am a new patient to this practice... Everyone was very courteous and introduced themselves. That's how it should be.

The visit was telemed follow-up visit. Office staff set up the call, no issues or delays. Andrew Coccia was on time and had reviewed my medical history. We discussed test results, current prescriptions and future tests/visits.

It was a tele visit, Andrew Coccia listened to everything I had to say and explained what in a way I understood what the next step of action is going to be, he was very easy to talk to and very understanding and helpful
