I've always been satisfied with visits from the receptionist. Medical assistant and provider. Regarding office calling me with results of bloodwork. I receive that info on MyChart. If there's any issues I receive a call.

Regular 6 month checkup and Dr. Sikand is always attentive and informative. She's just an overall VERY nice person, too.

While I had a bit of a wait, I'm never dismayed by such as it has often been a sign that the physician is very thorough, takes the time to actively listen, explain issues, and ensure I understand. I will always consider such a wait well worth it.

I was delayed. After I called to tell the office, Dr. Sikand was most kind and waited for me. I am extremely grateful for her kindness. She most definitely did not have to do that.
