It's not about my doctor/specialist It's about the people who handles or arranges my appointments From 0 to 10 with zero meaning negative A 10 meaning positive. Some of the receptions who handles our appointments has been very very rude to myself

Shawn took great care to cover every part of my pain questions and made recommendations for me. HIS personality was patient friendly, professional and aware of me as a91 year old. His exam was very complete and satisfied all my concerns. He is definitely an excellent PA! !
