I always recommend Dr. Topalian. He's a great Dr.!

Dr Topalian is a wonderful, compassionate clinician. I just wish it was easier to get an appointment with him. His office hours have been cut because he has obtained a higher position running the cardiac cath clinic which is an honor for him.
