It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Toupalian and to go to the office. Everybody treats us well and they're very friendly and we never have to wait very long. They deserve a 10.

My family and friends have always received the best care from Dr Topalian. He is truly the most caring doctor we have ever had. We have highly recommended him to anyone looking for a cardiologist. In my opinion he is a perfect example for being a "Top Doc."
