It was nice that the staff introduced themselves that was very nice.

I was made to wait over 4 weeks to be seen by a doctor while experiencing a GI medical condition that caused distress/pain. It was especially disappointing that the nearby Cooper Health office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ had no availability for over 9 weeks, so I had to travel close to 60 miles from my home for that GI appointment in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Additionally, I will have to again travel over 50 miles from my home to Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ next month for a colonoscopy and endoscopy as prescribed by Simone Holden. If this were a routine screening, waiting would be understandable. However, I think a patient in distress/pain should take precedence over routine procedures. In closing, I was very impressed with Simone Holden and appreciate that she took the time to review the records from tests performed at ACRMC and discuss them with me. She expressed empathy for the delay in obtaining my [Date] 7 appointment as well as my [Date] 6 procedure.

Simone Holden PA was lovely. Informative and compassionate and caring about discomfort and the timeliness of the next few steps to gain a diagnosis.

Front desk check in was very friendly and welcoming.

Doctor Simone listen to me very carefully and she recommended some medication for my stomach pain , i can recommend her to my family and fiends thank you so much doc Simone

Everything was good.

Even though I was not made aware of the change of physicians, the change was refreshing and she was very thorough.

The provider was new to me, and I left with a clear cut treatment plan, which was much appreciated. The medical assistant was extremely confident, respectful, and very easy to work with. I hope to see her again.

Having PA Simone Holden as my GI provider has been a pleasure. She is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a very good listener.
