Susan Fitzgerald is a very caring person and when it comes to me she always shows compassion and she explained very well so that I can understand and I would read her as an excellent physician.

Susan Fitzgerald was excellent . She was very knowledgeable, very prepared and obviously quite competent. Besides her competence, she was very personable and answered all questions. She listened intently, made suggestions and followed through. A very positive experience.

This was the first time I've used tel-a-doc for an appointment. To be honest, the experience was easy and comfortable and came across as caring and sympathetic. Dr. Fitzgerald listened and made me feel very relaxed. It was like talking to a friend. I am looking forward to my follow up visit with her.
