Both the doctor and the check in and check out receptionists were so kind and nice. They thanked me for being patient while they found a follow up appt time., they were overheard being kind and helpful to other patients during checkout and they thanked me for understanding that I was not eligible for an early morning appt due to chemp patients needing those times. Overall everyone at Cooper is so pleasant and it's greatly appreciated but patients!
