I would like to thank everyone in the office from check in to check out for always being very nice, friendly and professional. Dr. Wall is very knowledgeable, thorough and considerate of his patients needs. He makes sure that you as a patient understand your health and how to make yourself healthier.

I am consistently frustrated by Cooper's billing for this provider. This is my primary care provider and I am constantly billed as though I am seeing a specialist. From talking with my insurance company, Cooper's billing department, and the office manager it seems like the issue is with Cooper's billing software. Regardless, Cooper needs to handle this and stop wasting my time with bills that have already been paid. Otherwise, I really like this provider and would definitely prefer to not be forced to switch over unnecessary billing disputes like these.
