Hi, this message is for Trina Graham, the physician assistant. I would like to say I enjoy having her as my physician assistant for orthopedic purposes. She explains in very detail and she takes her time to go over all of the MRIs and explain things that I need to do moving forward. Trina was very kind and considerate. She explained my condition better than any physician I had been to about my problem. I was very pleased after my appointment. My husband also felt that Trina explained everything better than doctors we had seen.

The only issue I have with Cooper, and it is not their fault, is it takes so long to get an appointment for different procedures and different doctors. I had to go outside of Cooper for PT because it was a month and a half before it could be evaluated. And I am in severe pain, so I went to somebody else, but he did take my insurance. I would have preferred to stay with Cooper for everything, but I couldn't wait anymore for the CT. That was all. Everything else seems fine. Thank you.
