I waited well over an hour to be called into an examination room and another 1/2 hour before I was seen. I was never informed of a delay and had to ask several times when I would be called back. I was at the office for two hours for this appointment. If I was an hour late, or even 20 minutes, for this appointment I would have been turned away. I made this appointment for 8:40 am thinking the office could not be backed up that early in the day…I was wrong. Are the doctor's overworked? Are they forced to double or triple book? A wait time like I experienced is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as the doctor's

Over an hour wait. Way too long. Patients time is also important.
