I've left a few messages on the cooper page and no one has returned any of my messages. Original medication that was prescribed didn't get a pre authorization and then they changed the med. when i called my insurance company they stated all they needed was a pre authorization for the original med. it didn't have to be changed. Hoping it gets done and someone responds to me.
