So far, the experience my husband and I have had at Cooper is superior. Dr Shapiro is the first physician my husband has had in the past year and a half to recognize the possibility of a new disease. Dr Shapiro and all the staff at Cooper have been excellent in communicating, preparing and expediting everything for us in preparation for his surgery. i highly recommend Dr. Yakaterina Shapiro and her staff at Cooper.

We have been coming to Cooper Health for years because of the outstanding care we receive from Dr. Koshkerava/Shapiro. We drive over an hour to get there, but wouldn't change to another physician nearby. Dr. Shapiro is one of the best physicians we have ever been privileged to have treat us.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Checking in was great. The nurse was so friendly and attentive. The doctor was so nice and help me understand my ear problems. She was very thoughtful too!
