For new nurse graduates, we provide a personalized orientation and a structured nurse residency program that includes peer support, unique opportunities, and mentorship throughout the first years of practice. I want to ensure that experienced nurses also have access to opportunities for career progression into diverse clinical and non-clinical roles and leadership pathways.
