An organizational development professional in the health care industry for more than 20 years, Ms. McCormick is passionate about providing resources and tools that set up individuals and teams for success. Her areas of expertise are change management, leadership development, process improvement, engagement, coaching, adult learning and facilitation.

Ms. Mccormick has been with Cooper University Health Care since 2015. Prior to Cooper, she was with Penn Medicine for more than 15 years. 

A certified professional coach, she has both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University.
