Linda is always Professional. She treats each of her clients with the utmost Respect. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you understand her explanations. I would refer her to anyone experiencing pain, as she listens and know if she can help or if she needs to refer you to someone who can.

My original appointment was canceled and I was not informed. And when I showed up, I was originally told that I would have to wait three hours. But then when I spoke to someone in the office, they were able to get me in, in a 10 minute slot past my original time, which worked out in the end. But they really need to work on, informing patients when and if appointments are canceled because I wasn't told.

This was not my first rodeo with this provider. I believe that she truly cares and wants to help her patience.. however there's a piece missing. When an orthopedic surgeon tells you your options and tells you to make a second appointment with Pain Management because your epidural did not work and you go to Pain Management and explain what he said and you're told to forget what he said because you're there now with them and that's not the case. And this particular provider paints a completely different picture of what your options are. It leaves one unable to make an informative decision. This has been my experience with this particular provider, each and every time. And you know what I know she means well and I think she's smart and she's trying to think of a solution however, I'm also curious as to why I do not see the Pain Management doctor. Everything tells me to discuss options with my Pain Management doctor. She is not a doctor, she is a highly trained professional, but she is not the doctor. And I believe as a patient I should be seeing one of the doctors in this practice, not a nurse practitioner. Maybe it's an issue of control for this particular person. I don't know maybe if you just don't say anything or don't ask questions and just go along with what she's saying then everything will be fine but that has not been the case she has not been receptive to my questions, she seems annoyed if I'm asking something different from what she's saying. I don't know what her issue is, but this is definitely her issue and not mine.
