I have felt for an extended period of time that we have created a personal relationship with each member of the staff. The kindness is heartfelt. Similar experiences are felt in every department. The protocol created by the administration is working on a cylinders. Kudos are due for everyone who has participated in the mission

Linda was terrific, which is always the case. My only issue is the difficulty scheduling appointments and the problem when an appointment is cancelled by Cooper and I am not notified.
