On time and the doctor listened to me and answered all my questions!

Dr Chan listens and acknowledges my concerns. I feel he prioritizes my health just as much as I do. On occasion, he offers Saturday hours — a big plus for me because of my tight weekday work schedule.

The wait time was far too long, patients were seen that were checked in after I was. The phlebotomist also lacks professionalism. However, Dr Chan is always pleasant.
