Senior Vice President, Institute Strategy

James Haddock currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Institute Strategy at Cooper University Health Care. With 25 years in health care, and more than 15 of those years dedicated to Cooper, Mr. Haddock is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of various institutes, including Adult Health Specialty and Primary Care, Women’s and Children’s Services, Surgical Services, Bone and Joint, Neuroscience, Heart, and Hospital-Based Services.

In his previous role as Vice President of the Heart Institute, Neuroscience Institute, and Adult Health Institute – Specialty Care, Mr. Haddock successfully developed two site-agnostic, fully integrated service line partnerships with Inspira Health. Prior to the Vice President, he began his journey at Cooper University Health Care as a controller within the Finance department.

Mr. Haddock holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Richard Stockton College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
