Program Overview
The Cooper Hospital Medicine APP Fellowship is a 12-month, postgraduate training program for acute care nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are new to practice or have less than one year of experience.
Our mission is to bridge the transition from training to independent practice by providing structured mentorship, hands-on clinical experience, and professional development in a supportive, collaborative academic environment. Fellows graduate with the skills and confidence needed to excel as hospital medicine providers.

Application Timeline
Our fellowship cohort for 2025 has been selected, and we are no longer accepting applications at this time. Recruitment for the 2026 fellowship class will begin in January 2026.
