Your health and safety are our number one priority – now and always. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, our team immediately put into place rigorous safety precautions to protect our patients and staff. We also began telehealth visits, where appropriate, for patients who did not need in-person office visits.

Cooper continues to employ a number of practices we first put in place for in-person visits:

  • We have reduced the number of seats in waiting rooms and are minimizing wait times.
  • For certain visits, you will be able to wait in your car until your room is ready.
  • We have removed all magazines and brochures from our waiting areas.
  • We have installed Plexiglas dividers at our reception desks to protect you.
  • We follow all CDC guidelines for rigorous cleaning and disinfection.
  • We have plenty of hand sanitizing stations located throughout our buildings.
  • We set up our facilities to ensure you can practice physical distancing.
